Available Training Options

  • Basics

    These training lessons would be meant for younger (3rd-6th grades) who are new to the sport or have just began to play. Individual or group lessons available!

    Stick skills, agility with their stick, and basic training

  • Junior

    These training session are meant or (5th-8th) graders who have a few years of experience under their belt, but still need to progress in their individual skills. Individual or group lessons available!

    Stick skills, dodging, footwork, and shooting

  • Elite

    These training sessions are meant for athletes who are fine tuning their game (8th-12th & college). Training will focus on individual strengths and weaknesses along with lacrosse IQ development. Agility/speed/injury prevention training is available as well!

  • Dodging And Defending Series

    Designed for advanced and elite players who want to develop their offensive or defensive skills against other elite players. The focus of this training is to become a force on the field whether that is scoring or defending.
